- Aim to manufacture all pre cast items
and cater to 100% requirements at projects.
- Aim to develop infrastructure to cater
to 100% requirements for testing construction materials.
- Aim to develop centralised stores and
ensure 100% material handling safety and optimum inventory at
all upcoming projects.
- Aim to plan and budget projects costs
to ensure timely cash flow and control for all projects.
- Aim to improvise small group activities
at every department to ensure team efforts, towards innovations,
waste management, house keeping, and continual improvement.
