Health Camps
February 2024
Free health camps were organized across sites for the labourers which includes a thorough check up by a doctor, distribution of free medicines along with tests namely BP, Blood Sugar and Height Weight and ECG monitoring. This year an exclusive Vitamin B 12, & Vitamin D and Haemoglobin tests were conducted for all the women labourers across sites.
LEAP (Labourer Empowerment Aid Programme)

With the support of HDFC Capital and their NGO partner, Jan Sahas India, enable construction workers to access government-sponsored social security schemes, thereby facilitating access to basic health and food security, and financial inclusion for workers and their families. This program is already in full swing in Hennur projects, Crest, Stratuss, APA to name a few.
World Environment Day

Employees of our organization celebrated World Environment Day by planting saplings across sites. With every tree planted, we took a step towards a healthier planet, fostering a positive impact for generations to come. Our actions spoke louder than words, echoing our pledge to nurture nature.
Labours Day Celebrations
May 2023
Labours Day was celebrated across the 8 sites of Adarsh Developers! It was a fun-filled day with a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy. The appreciation and recognition were given to the hardworking labourers through prizes and snacks. Celebrating and acknowledging the contributions of labourers is truly important.
