Sustainability & Efficacy

Our sustainability practices are designed to minimize ecological impact and enhance efficiency. We aim to set new standards in eco-friendly construction by implementing innovative solutions across water management, waste reduction, energy consumption, and material usage.

Our commitment to sustainable development is shown through significant decreases in freshwater usage, energy-efficient installations, comprehensive waste segregation, and sustainable building materials. These efforts ensure cost-effective and environmentally responsible living spaces for our community.

Innovative Water Conservation Techniques

  • 30% reduction in freshwater usage by recycling and reusing.
  • Adopting ECO STP works on gravity, unlike pumps/blowers used in conventional treatment plants, which require power.
  • Water-efficient plumbing fixtures will be provided so that it reduces the operational cost.
  • Smart meters will be provided to measure the water quantity so that overusing/pilferages will be avoided.
  • Reduce water demand for irrigation through water-efficient management systems.
  • Drought-tolerant plant species to ensure minimum water consumption.

Sustainable Waste Management Practices

  • The waste generated will be segregated at the source itself. Wet waste will be treated in Organic Waste Converter and dry waste will be handed over to authorized recyclers.
  • Appropriate measures shall be taken care for the safe handling of hazardous chemical/waste generated and disposed through authorized vendors.
  • Reuse of materials thereby reducing the waste to landfill.

Energy Efficiency Solutions

  • 5 star rated pumps and motors will be used (efficiency will be more than 85% of capacity greater than 3 HP).
  • Zero use of Hydro-chlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) refrigerants in Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning (HVAC) equipment and Unitary Air-Conditioners installed in the building(s).
  • Use halon free fire suppression equipment.
  • Solar water heaters for the flats for the top floor in each block reduce energy by 2%.
  • Solar Photovoltaic Cell for common and external lighting thus reducing the energy consumption by 5%.

Sustainable Building Materials and Techniques

  • Aluminium Form Work: By this method 30 % of labour force will be reduced as it gives 75 to 100 repetition and shuttering material like ply and wooden runners were eliminated by 90%.
  • AAC Blocks to reduce heat and adopting Green Building Concept.

Eco-Friendly Landscaping

  • Ensure that topsoil is stockpiled and reuse later.
